Welcome to TRIPERING, operated by Intertravel Group. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the TRIPERING platform and services, including flight, hotel, tour, insurance, and related travel bookings.
By using TRIPERING, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before completing any booking.
1. Introduction
TRIPERING is an independent intermediary platform operated by Intertravel Group, providing users with a seamless booking interface connected to the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS).
- TRIPERING acts as a booking facilitator (agent) and not as a travel service provider.
- Bookings made through TRIPERING constitute a contract between you and the respective service provider (e.g., airline, hotel, tour operator, or insurer).
- TRIPERING may charge a service fee for the facilitation of bookings.
- TRIPERING is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or execution of services provided by third-party suppliers.
- These Terms may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the most recent version.
2. Booking Process
To complete a booking on TRIPERING, customers must follow these steps:
- Search Flights or Services using the platform’s booking engine.
- Filter and select options based on:
- Departure & Destination Cities
- Dates and Times
- Airline or Hotel Preferences
- Cabin Class (Economy, Business, etc.)
- Trip Type (One-way, Round-trip, Multi-city)
- Fare Conditions (Refundable/Non-refundable, change penalties, etc.)
- Register or Log In and provide accurate personal details (name, passport data, and contact information).
- Review and approve:
- Flight Itinerary
- Fare Rules and Conditions
- Baggage Allowance
- Fare Breakdown
- Acknowledge these Terms & Conditions by ticking the acceptance box.
- Proceed to Payment for final confirmation and ticket issuance.
⚠️ Note: All bookings must include Beirut (BEY) as part of the itinerary until further notice.
3. Payment Gateway Process
Payments made through TRIPERING are processed securely via Mastercard Payment Gateway Services (MPGS).
Steps:
- Enter valid credit/debit card details.
- Authenticate the transaction using the One-Time Password (OTP) sent by your bank.
- Upon successful authentication, the booking will be processed, and tickets or vouchers will be issued automatically.
🔐 The OTP is a unique, temporary code for a single transaction. Without it, payment cannot be completed.
4. Customer Obligations
Throughout this document, “we” refers to TRIPERING, and “you” refers to the customer.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information, including full name as per passport and correct nationality.
- Read and understand fare rules, baggage policies, and penalties before confirming payment.
- Ensure that all travel documents (passports, visas, health or COVID certificates) are valid and comply with destination requirements.
TRIPERING bears no liability for:
- Incorrect or incomplete passenger details.
- Denied boarding due to missing documents or invalid visas.
- Fines, penalties, or costs arising from regulatory non-compliance.
5. Airline and Service Provider Rules
Each airline, hotel, or service provider has unique fare structures, policies, and conditions.
These may include:
- Refundable or non-refundable fares
- Change or cancellation penalties
- No-show fees
- Tax and surcharge variations due to fuel or currency changes
Airlines and providers may modify schedules or fares without prior notice.
TRIPERING cannot alter or override these rules.
✈️ Example: A “no-show” may result in loss of the full fare; a change may only be possible if the same booking class is available.
6. Travel Service Complaints
If you encounter any issues with your booking or travel experience:
- Contact the airline, hotel, or provider immediately.
- Retain all supporting documents (claim number, reference ID, baggage tags, etc.).
- Submit your complaint through the provider’s official website if required.
- TRIPERING can assist in communicating with the provider but cannot guarantee compensation or resolution, as outcomes depend on third-party policies.
⏳ Time zone differences or provider response delays may affect resolution timelines.
7. Legal Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
TRIPERING acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for:
- Flight delays, cancellations, or overbookings
- Technical or system failures within airline or GDS systems
- Errors made by customers during the booking process
- Luggage loss, missed flights, or denied boarding
- Internet, hosting, or payment processing interruptions
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, wars, etc.)
Once a booking is confirmed:
- You assume full responsibility for verifying details and ensuring compliance with fare and travel rules.
- TRIPERING cannot be held liable for disputes arising from user errors or post-payment changes of mind.
8. GDPR Compliance and Data Protection
TRIPERING complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We collect and process only the data necessary to complete bookings (name, contact, and passport details).
All systems operate on Microsoft’s GDPR-compliant infrastructure and transmit data securely through the Amadeus GDS.
Data is shared only with authorized third parties essential for booking execution.

We do not sell or misuse customer data. Information is shared only with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and payment gateways for legitimate booking purposes.

10. Payment Gateway & Merchant Bank Terms
Payments are processed via Mastercard Payment Gateway Services (MPGS) and associated merchant banks.
Key Points:
- MPGS uses tokenization, fraud detection, and secure hosted payment pages.
- The merchant bank may request additional verification documents if a transaction appears high-risk.
- The bank reserves the right to block or decline suspicious transactions.
Limitations of Liability:
TRIPERING, the merchant bank, or any connected system (e.g., Amadeus GDS) is not liable for:
- Payment duplication, processing delays, or technical outages
- Server downtime or internet interruptions
- Chargebacks on valid, non-refundable tickets
⚠️ Misuse, fraudulent claims, or unjustified disputes may be reported under applicable e-commerce and consumer protection laws.
11. Final Acknowledgment
By using the TRIPERING platform and completing a booking, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to all these Terms and Conditions. You confirm that you:
- Entered accurate passenger data
- Reviewed all ticket or booking rules before payment
- Hold valid travel documents
- Accept responsibility for the consequences of fare conditions and provider policies
